Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Verdict Growth Partners (“Verdict Growth Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the website located at verdictgrowthpartners.com and any related pages, content, and features (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are & what we do

Verdict Growth Partners provides fractional executive advisory services to law firms throughout the United States, including fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) services. Our work focuses on operations, financial strategy, marketing performance, growth systems, and enterprise value.

The Site itself is informational. It describes our services, shares insights, and provides a way to contact us or request a consultation. Using the Site does not, by itself, retain us or create any service relationship.

No legal advice or attorney-client relationship

Because our clients are law firms, we want to be especially clear: our guidance addresses business operations, finance, marketing, and growth. It is not a substitute for independent legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice that you may need, and you remain solely responsible for your firm’s professional and ethical obligations.

No guarantee of results

Any examples, projections, benchmarks, or descriptions of potential outcomes shared on the Site or during our work are illustrative only. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your firm’s market, leadership, execution, and economic conditions.

We do not promise, guarantee, or warrant any specific level of revenue, profitability, growth, lead volume, conversion, valuation, or other result. Past performance of other firms is not a reliable indicator of your firm’s future results.

Engagements require a separate agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any advisory engagement with Verdict Growth Partners is governed exclusively by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties, which sets out scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, and other terms.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed services agreement controls with respect to that engagement.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for business users acting on behalf of law firms or professional organizations. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that, where you act for an organization, you have authority to do so on its behalf.

Acceptable use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or excessive automated requests;
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content for republication or commercial use without our permission;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Verdict Growth Partners name and marks, frameworks, and the selection and arrangement of materials — are owned by Verdict Growth Partners or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.

Your submissions

When you contact us, request a strategy call, or otherwise submit information through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the Site before a formal engagement and any applicable confidentiality terms are in place.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our services or the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback to operate and improve our business, without obligation to you.

Confidentiality

We understand that law firm operations and finances are sensitive. Confidential information exchanged during an actual engagement is handled under the confidentiality provisions of the applicable signed services agreement. Information submitted through the public Site, by contrast, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and should not include privileged or highly sensitive material.

Third-party links & tools

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites and services, such as scheduling, analytics, or email tools. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is current or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdict Growth Partners and its owners, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Liability arising from an actual advisory engagement is addressed separately in the applicable signed services agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verdict Growth Partners and its owners, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that point means you accept the updated Terms.

General provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
